At Yokohama International Baptist Church, we believe that the arts allow people to embrace God in ways that words alone cannot explain or express.  Music & drama are only two ways of expression to God our praise and thanksgiving for what He has done and to others of His glory, wonder, and interest in their lives.

YIBC Music Ministries desire to fulfill three main goals:
 
 1.  To lead others in corporate worship to fully worship God in spirit and Truth.

 2.  To provide avenues for those God has gifted with musical, dramatic, or artistic talent to glorify God together and to strengthen and encourage them spiritually and in the use of those talents.
 
 3.  To provide opportunities for the international community in the greater Yokohama area to gain knowledge of English and Music through the performing arts and to discover their purpose in this world God has created.
